A product key was provided but a download link for the software was never provided. Multiple e-mails were sent to Instant Key with no response. I contacted my bank to have the charges on my credit card reversed. Also, the purchase price on Thursday was $39.99. On Friday, the day after my purchase, the purchase price was $49.99. I guess Instant Key figured that they weren't charging enough for their scam so they increased the price hoping to lure other suckers like me.

Every time I try the "Download link" in both cases downloads but will not run because my W10 pc thinks this is a virus or malware and will not run. When I double click on the download I get a message that "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with software publisher." Please help. My order # is 5304.
Addendum: Your "Download link was incorrect. It was "setup.office" it should have been :https://setup.office.com/". From this I was able to install the Office software. Attention to detail is essential. I therefore upgraded your rating to "3".
Verified ownerIt took some time to get the product key because the instant download was interrupted. I had to email the company. After a couple of days I was sent the product keys by email and then everything went very smoothly.
